For over 30 years, Walter Anderson, founder and president of ITC, has called Nanaimo home and is committed to serving both his community and his customers with the same outstanding dedication to quality and service.  With over twenty years experience in the Computer and Network Industry, he knows that ITC’s success is a result of keeping the business customer-focused. To accompany his extensive experience in the industry, he possesses an impressive education in Information Systems Technologies.

Walter is extremely dedicated to and involved in his community.  Well known for his high energy, enthusiasm and desire to create positive change, he enjoys serving his community in a variety of capacities.  He is currently the Board Chair of the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce as well as Past President of the Nanaimo Oceanside Rotary Club.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way (Nanaimo) and the Vancouver Island Symphony Orchestra.

A background in public relations and warm, outgoing personality allows Shelley the ability to do what she does best, create relationships and provide superior customer service. As Marketing Director of ITC Computers Group Inc., her creativity and marketing skills have propelled the company to new heights in the industry, making it one of the fastest growing and most successful IT company on Vancouver Island. Shelley currently holds a position at Costco as a full time marketing representative.

Shelley’s passion for marketing transcends business concerns. Her many years of experience serving the community and private corporations in the field of Sales and Marketing include: Chair of the Vancouver Island University-VI Raiders Scholarship foundation, Marketing Representative for the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, Marketing Director for the Loyal Nanaimo Bathtub society, Sales and Marketing Manager for the VI Raiders Football Club (CJFL National Champions) and Haven Society Campaign committee. She is also an active supporter of the Oceanside Rotary Club of Nanaimo, Salvation Army, United Way, and BC Cancer Society.

Ability to put a smile on any customer, Alisen is friendly and outgoing in any situation and enjoys developing and maintaining good client relations. Community minded, Alisen excels both in a team environment as well as in an independent setting with a great deal of experience dealing with the public. Alisen has lived in Nanaimo most of her life and she believes on living life based on values such as integrity, loyalty and accountability. With over 12 years of Customer Service Experience, a strong positive attitude with enthusiasm, she is able to solve customer problems with her communication and listening skills. Alisen is graduate of the Applied Business Technology Program and Accounting Assistant Program at Vancouver Island University.

Marc Lippingwell has always loved trouble shooting.  Investigating what “makes things tick”, creative problem solving and returning the situation to better then status quo has been a passion for Marc.  He has worked for ITC since 2004, and is quite possibly the most patient technician ITC has ever employed.  This makes him a customer favorite.

He particularly likes how working at ITC has provided him with growth opportunities, such as mentoring and hands on experience.  His desire to provide outstanding service and dedication to life long learning have led Marc to recently upgrade his skills. He completed his Microsoft Certification at Royal Roads University.  He is also a ticketed “C” welder, and has a cooking certificate. His hobbies include golf, hockey, bird watching and astronomy. He appreciates the relaxed lifestyle of Nanaimo as well as the nature and wildlife. Marc enjoys working with his customers and teaching them what he knows, so much so that he aspires to become a Microsoft Certified Instructor.

Luke’s background includes Software and Hardware Support of business line applications, installation and configuration of SonicWall firewalls, Cisco Switches and Router Management. Microsoft Windows Server Support including Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Access, Backup Administration and Client Services. Proficient managing BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Server Deployment, Network Documentation, Network Monitoring and Data Recovery. Luke also has the ability to Design and Deploy Microsoft SharePoint Technology as well as an experienced Trainer for Microsoft Exchange/Outlook and SharePoint Server.

Luke instructed for San Jose State University students, competitors and recreational ice skaters. He performed for millions of people in over 30 countries (Asia, Australia, Europe USA, Mexico….) and promoted over 200 publicity’s international and Domestic, (T.V, Radio, Print, Meet and Greet). Luke appeared on NBC, ABC and CBS including “Good Morning America” and CBS “This Morning”. Starred in five major productions including Aladdin (“The Genie”), Mickey’s Great Adventure, Hollywood Mickey, The Little Mermaid and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Starlight Express.

Savneet holds a Masters degree in Information Technology, and an International Certificate in call centre and computing skills. His experience includes the ability to analyze computer and network faults to quickly resolve issues. Supporting customers remotely and on-call support with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suite and general windows applications. A team player, his background includes managing a sales team, Organizing meetings, Achieving Company targets, Customer Service and Dispatch, Call escalation and a Motivated Communicator.
