Position: PC Network Technician

General Description:

Responsible for: installation, maintenance and support of microcomputers, networks and software related to computer systems specific to Microsoft, Novell and/or Linux. Project Planning, Installation, Implementation of Servers, Operating Systems, Network Applications, Local Area and Wide Area Networks.

Work experience requirements:

Minimum 2 Years experience configuring installing and troubleshooting PC server hardware. Ability to setup and configure Microsoft, Linux and/or Netware Operating Systems. LAN design & implementation. Familiarity with WAN technologies. Good network troubleshooting skills.

Education Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years Post secondary certificate or diploma in Computer Technologies. A+, Server+ and/or Network+ Certification. Microsoft, Novell, and/or Linux system engineer certificate.

Position: Information Technology Corporate Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

Establish new accounts and maintain existing client relationships. The emphasis will be on generating new business within specified organizations. Ability to explore clients’ business issues, articulate value propositions, work proactively with clients to develop and implement strategic technology solutions designed to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

Experience with information systems technology, customer service, and corporate sales. Excellent organizational, verbal, written, time management and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Microsoft products, network hardware and software. Minimum 1 year of experience with Corporate IT Systems.

Must have high ethics, integrity and have a desire to be a part of a world-class sales and support organization.

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of information systems and concepts and the ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction
